We wait 20 minutes total. Max 2 calls.

Bag scan + weight verify: Clock starts. You get SMS: "24hr clock started."
Missed pickup rules
No answer after 2 calls + 20 mins = Missed Pickup.
We skip. No charge. Your pickup rolls to next day you booked.
Miss 2x in 30 days = Service paused. Account manager calls you.
Why: Missed commercial pickups delay 200+ kg for other clients.

Clock stops when driver arrives at your premises.

100% of commercial clients use store manager or reception safe drop. We send photo + weight sheet at delivery.

Missed collection?

Free redelivery next business day 9am to 12pm. Subscribers only, if you have 2 pickup days available that week.
